Orders and Pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. Wholesale tier pricing is applied on total units per order and may be adjusted if quantities change before production begins.
Prices are shown in USD and exclude applicable taxes and duties unless stated otherwise.
Custom and Decorated Goods
You are responsible for holding the rights to any artwork you submit. Decorated and custom-printed goods are produced to order and are final sale.
We review every file before production and will flag quality or licensing concerns, but final approval rests with you.
Shipping and Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes possession. Delivery estimates are not guarantees; we are not liable for carrier or customs delays outside our control.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
