Processing Times
Blank apparel ships the same or next business day from our Fort Lauderdale facility. DTF transfers are printed and dispatched within 24–48 hours.
Decorated apparel, screen print, embroidery or heat press, typically takes 3–7 business days depending on run size. Rush production is available; ask us before you order.
Shipping Rates
Free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the USA and the Caribbean. Orders below that threshold are charged live carrier rates calculated at checkout.
Expedited and freight options are available for large runs and deadline-driven events.
Caribbean and International
We ship throughout the Caribbean with customs-friendly documentation prepared in-house. Duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.
Returns on Blanks
Unworn, unwashed and undecorated blanks may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original packaging. Contact us for a return authorization before shipping anything back.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receipt and inspection.
Custom Orders
Decorated and custom-printed items are made to order and cannot be returned unless the goods are defective or differ materially from the approved proof.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, message us on WhatsApp with photos within 7 days of delivery and we will reprint or refund, no argument.
