Nothing. There's no signup fee, no monthly subscription and no minimum volume. You pay per item as orders come in: blank cost plus decoration plus shipping, and that's the whole invoice.
2–4 business days in production, then 1–3 days in transit to most US addresses. Caribbean and international lanes typically add 3–7 days. During Q4 peak we publish updated lead times a month ahead so you can set expectations on your product pages.
No. Packing slips carry your logo, the return address is yours, and we'll insert your thank-you card or sticker if you send us the artwork. Nothing in the parcel mentions Nassau Group.
We match the method to the job: DTF for vivid multi-colour art on any fabric, DTG for soft-hand cotton prints, embroidery for headwear and polos, and screen printing once a single design passes roughly 100 units. You don't have to choose. We recommend based on your artwork.
Yes, and you should. Approved POD partners get samples at cost, up to five units per launch. Photograph them, wash them, and only then push the listing live.
Anything that's our fault (misprint, wrong size shipped, defective blank) we reprint and reship free. Buyer's-remorse returns are between you and your customer, though we'll happily receive them back and restock sellable items for you.
